Shanti Karma is the first karma of Kamakhya Tantra. It is completely Vedic system of karma. This karma can be performed with Pancha Upachara (5 items- Dhupa, Deepa, Gandha, Pushpa, Naivedya etc.), Dashupachara, Shodashaupachara and so on. This Karma ios done Deva-Danava pujyate.

Stambhan Karma is totally full fledged tantrik karma done during 2nd prahara at night, after 10 pm. Various items like dry chillie, ghee, masterseeds, meat, blood, wine etc. are required to complete this puja. This puja is done to control enemity among people and live in a peaceful and smooth  life..
